Building on his entrepreneurial successes in IT, digital, and retail, Sylvain later joined the international ADEO group, where he held key leadership positions. As Director of Retail Customer Experience, then Director of Digital Experience, Data, and Cybersecurity, he ultimately led technological innovation and business model transformation. These strategic roles led him to serve on executive committees and supervisory boards, further solidifying his valuable expertise in governance and organizational performance.
In 2016, Sylvain founded SC et Associés, bringing together a team of experts in IT, digital, data, and cybersecurity to support decision-makers, executive committees, and leadership teams. Their mission?
